Thework effort is baselined, and the potential productivity improvement 5 may be assessedby presenting evaluation questions organized by categories. The potential productivityimprovement is then applied to an estimating model to obtain an estimated effort forcompleting the work effort. The actual effort measure is then obtained from a timecapture system and compared to the estimated effort in order to generate an indicatorthat is indicative of the comparison.
